A marca americana Lane Bryant, conhecida por comercializar lingerie plus size, lançou a sua nova campanha de primavera.


The American brand Lane Bryant, known for selling plus size lingerie, has launched its new spring campaign.

Intitula-se “I’m No Angel” e tem como principal propósito quebrar o estereótipo de mulher ideal. Para comunicar a mensagem, a marca imitou a última campanha da Victoria’s Secret, o slogan da campanha era “A Perfect Body”. Tal acabou por motivar diversas críticas à marca, sendo acusada de publicitar padrões de beleza irreais. Com a campanha a marca pretende “celebrar as mulheres de todos os tamanhos”.

To communicate the message, the brand imitated the last campaign of Victoria’s Secret, the campaign slogan was “A Perfect Body”. Such turned out to motivate various brand reviews, being accused of advertising unrealistic standards of beauty. With the campaign the brand intends to “celebrate women of all sizes.”
